Next to each ride, you will find signs that explain the rules. Please follow them.
FOR YOUR SECURITY AND INTEREST, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- All users of PARK ACUATIC ROSES, S.A., must have a ticket to get into the park. This document confirms permission to use AQUA Brava’s premises.
-Please respect the rules of the premises.
-For safety reasons, some rides have restrictions regarding height, age or physical conditions. It is obligatory to observe the rules and obey the monitor’s instructions. Before using each ride, please consult these restrictions.
-For safety reasons, diving headfirst is not permitted.
-Rubber rings are distributed around the rides where required. Please return them to the ride they belong to.
-We recommend that you use the rides without wearing glasses or items of jewellery. AQUABRAVA doesn’t accept responsibility for lost objects.
-It is forbidden to bring any animals into the park
-It is forbidden to enter the park with a parasol, cool box, balls and rubber rings that are not from the park (except those for people who can’t swim), deckchairs or other camping objects.
-Please do not run or disturb other bathers.
-Swimwear must be worn.
-For hygiene reasons, showers must be used before entering the water activity areas.
CHILDREN UNDER 120cm ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE SOME RIDES.
-Under-age children must be accompanied by an adult to access the premises. –Supervision of children and use of rubber rings is obligatory for all non-swimmers.
-It is forbidden to enter the park with food or drinks. Picnics are not allowed.
-The rides close at 6.30 p.m. and the park closes at 7.00 p.m.
-If there is bad weather, the park will not refund the entrance fee.
-AQUA BRAVA is not liable for theft or damages inside or outside the park. There are lockers in which you may deposit your valuables.
-To avoid sunburn, we recommend using sun cream before and during your stay.
-Unsupervised car park.
-Rights, rules and duties can be consulted by users at the information desk.
-We reserve the right to deny admission when the client doesn’t respect the rules of use of the rides or if they disturb or cause injuries to someone.

Lifeguards
In Aquabrava, there are qualified lifeguards to look after clients and to advise bathers at all the rides. Depending on the ride you will find one, two or more lifeguards who will help you to sit in the rubber rings, warn you in the event of misuse of the ride and answer any questions you may have regarding use of rides.
